I like this school and my children love it! They have been attending for more than a year. A week after their first day of school I noticed the progress they were making. The teachers are very knowledgeable regarding Montessori education. It is fascinating to see how the students learn from each other. I have two kids and I can see that they practice this doctrine at home. For example, they have learned self control, concern for the environment, respect for other students and are kind with others. My 5 year old son knows the presidents of the United States from the first one to Barack Obama, he knows the 50 states, the countries of the Americas, the continents, the oceans, etc. and I am not lying! I have not even mentioned Mathematics.
The population is very diverse, so the students learn about different cultures. The school is also very family oriented. I have enjoyed the parties, the field trips, and my kids are having an excellent experience and receiving good academic skills for the future.

The academics, well-rounded curriculum, calm, “at-home” loving atmosphere, the additional classes such as reading, music, physical fitness. I am also impressed with the positive manner in which the teachers communicate with the children vs raising their voices toward them. This creates a calmer atmosphere that is more conducive to learning and being comfortable in their surroundings. This is very important to me. I feel that all my childrens’ teachers are sincere and loving towards them and truly care for their well-being. I even like the fact that staff from other classrooms know my childrens’ names and communicate with them as well.

Ms. Kiki LaMadrid is one of your strongest assets. She is a wonderful teacher and she makes my child feel loved and comfortable. I can go to work everyday knowing that my child is with a great teacher and I am very appreciative of that.

Thank you so much to let my boy Alexander have a good memory and happy time during the past months. I am looking forward to let his little brother become his alumnus soon… Caring, patience and knowledgeable staffs are MSSL’ s greatest strengths!

MSSL is a very good school. My son is learning so much I am amazed every day. The teachers are wonderful and friendly. This is the best school in the area.

The academics and the teachers genuinely care for the students. I have attending parties outside of the school and the teachers were still attending to my child even though they were not on duty. Thanks for nurturing my child’s spirit and mind these past 5 years.
